Explanation
of different features in the Rate Card.
Post Vacancy - Vacancies are job openings that can be posted by a recruiter on the job portal. Job Seekers can search these vacancies and apply against them on the web or via email.
Hot Jobs- These are basically the same as vacancies. However - these receive more prominence, they are highlighted on the home page on the job portal and are also customized and shown to jobseekers who match the attributes of the job when they log in. In addition to this the placement of the hot job also sends an automatic
email to all registered jobseekers who match the attributes of the placed HOT
JOB.
Search Resume - This is the ability for the recruiter to search the database of resumes. Using this facility the recruiter can use various parameters to evaluate
if the database holds the resumes that the recruiter is seeking. This does not however allow a recruiter to view the contact details or the full resume of the jobseeker.
View Full Resume - This is the ability for the recruiter to view the full resume and the contact details of the candidate. Assured Response - This is a program open only to clients taking up yearly Premium subscriptions to the job portal. This means that a recruiter from GulfPersonnel.com will provide back-end support to the client in all postings and database searches if this is required. It also includes an offer to find candidates for a position using traditional recruitment channels if the response on the website is not sufficient or relevant at reduced rates of search. This is open only to direct employers and is not on offer to recruitment companies.
