Amal holds double batchelors degree in computer science and computer engineering from New Jersey and MBA degree in Global Business from NMIMS Mumbai.

Amal has previously worked with Madison square garden in New York as a Financial analyst. He was also involved with Price Waterhouse Coopers in writing white papers in Banking Mergers & Acquisitions which got published electronically. .

During his tenure with Emmay HR he was part of transition into Ranstand group which is globally world's 3rd largest Recruitment agency and implemented all the best practices in Temp staffing and sales into the family business. Amal currently heads business development for Ambe globally along with spearheading temp staffing business in the Middle east in Oman and Kuwait in addition to some subcontracting services undertaken by the group.
